Then, we place ads from local businesses within the design, which helps cover the costs of the tables. Everyone is happy! It’s an excellent way for people to discover all the local goods and services available in your community.
We call it Tabletop Advertising.
We primarily serve Small Town, Colorado, but we also consider opportunities in Kansas, Wyoming, and New Mexico, among others.

Here’s How It Works
- First, we chose a small town with a population of 5000 & 30,000.
- Through research, we choose a handful of restaurants that meet our criteria.
- Once a restaurant is chosen and the owner agrees to accept free tables in exchange for local business ads on the tables, then…
- We offer an incredible opportunity to the local businesses in that town.
- We start with those who already frequent that restaurant
- But it is open to anyone who desires to put their business ad on the tabletop
- Then the tabletops are manufactured. Solid, high-quality, permanent advertisements that will last at least two years.
- Everybody’s Happy
- The restaurant owner is happy
- Business owners are happy
- Restaurant patrons are happy
Jimmy, the owner, has been in the tabletop advertising business since 2008. He decided to change the mode of operation, now focusing on small towns with a more affordable cost per ad. Each town and restaurant project may be different, as there are several variables to each restaurant project. Once we have a restaurant, we structure our prices based on the actual cost of the project—the number of tables, the number of ads that fit on a table, etc.
Everyone wants to know the price… Compared to any other professional advertising medium, the cost per ad is less than ten cents on the dollar. We usually offer four sizes of ads, and the actual price or investment depends on the number of ads and the total number of tables.
It is a known fact that advertising is an INVESTMENT in your business. ROI is an essential part of advertising tracking, and it’s easy to achieve a good ROI with Tabletop Advertising!

FAQs on Topic

How long should my ad stay up?
Many tabletop ads run for two years or longer. The longer it stays up, the more people see it. Repeated exposure helps people remember your name when they need what you offer. Another way to say that is ‘top-of-mind awareness. ‘
Can I track if it’s working?
Yes! Add a unique offer code, QR code, or trackable phone number to your ad for added engagement. Even just asking new customers how they heard about you can give you helpful insights. We at Local Table Talk can also offer additional tracking suggestions.
Is tabletop advertising better than digital?
They work differently! Tabletop ads are great for building name recognition locally and catching people’s attention when they’re relaxed and not scrolling. It can work well when used in conjunction with other efforts, such as social media or email.
Depending on your business, we suggest connecting the offline to the online.
How much does tabletop advertising cost?
